The bride and the groom met each other on the sets of the 2012 action crime drama Second Show, which was Rajendran’s directorial debut. They entered into a relationship back then but kept their status under wraps and away from the media glare.

The News Minute quotes her from a past interview as saying, “‘I think my life will be pretty much the same after wedding. I have my studies going on. In between, if some good roles come by, I will go ahead with it, obviously. I can’t be completely out of the industry, that’s not possible.”

Now that she has tied the knot with Rajendran, her fans wait with bated breath for her to sign her next film. She was last seen in Jeevan Das’ political drama Campus Diary last year. She also collaborated with Rajendran in the 2014 mystery thriller Koothara. Besides these three films, she was also seen in Sunil Ibrahim’s 2012 film Chapters and Lal Jose’s 2012 romantic drama Diamond Necklace, which fetched her her first Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress - Malayalam.

Rajendran has directed only two films so far so it will not be a bad idea if we see him collaborate with his wife in his next venture.
