Never mess with JK Rowling, especially if you try and criticise her tweets on politics. Two users, who were self-proclaimed fans, tweeted to the Harry Potter author, claiming that they were 'disgusted' with her constantly tweeing about politics and criticising US President Donald Trump for his recent actions.

Rowling, who volunteered for several years at Amnesty International, has been a long-standing critic of Trump, and has posted tweets comparing him to Harry Potter antagonist Lord Voldemort.

But while fans didn't react back then, the two Twitter users felt they had enough with Rowling's criticism. One of them tweeted, "Just burned all my Harry Potter books after being a fan for 17 years. The Phils. Stone was one of the first books I EVER read. I'm upset it has to be that way. You embarassed me, disgusted me, and I will never read your work again #ThankYoFor17Years (sic)," the person said.

Another user said that s/he will now burn the books and movies that s/he collected.

Rowling tweeted to her fans who assured her that they would be buying two copies of the burnt books and movies.

Point is you seriously don't want to mess with someone who killed off characters like Sirus Black and Fred Weasley.
