Indian wrestler Geeta Phogat, who has in the past landed in trouble, for her tweets, created quite a stir on the social media site on Tuesday.

Reacting to the terror attack in Amarnath that killed seven people and injured many others, Phogat took to Twitter and said, “Bahut ho gayi aatank ki ninda, jalana padega inko zinda (Enough of condemning terror attacks, time to burn them alive).”

Her tweet has garnered a lot of support, as it encapsulates the feeling of how most Indians feel after the cowardly terror attack.

Amid continuous firing by a group of heavily armed terrorists on Amarnath pilgrims, a bus driver from Gujarat risked his life to save passengers showing exemplary courage. Terrorists on Monday night killed seven pilgrims, including six women, and injured 19 others as they struck at a bus in Kashmir's Anantnag district, in the worst attack on the annual pilgrimage since the year 2001.

Risking his life, Salim drove the bus to safety while returning from Amarnath Shrine despite being reportedly hit by a bullet. Reports said that Salim locked the door from inside, refraining terrorists from entering into the bus, and drove for nearly two kilometers before stopping near an army camp. "God gave me strength to keep moving, and I just did not stop," said Salim.

Strongly condemning the attack on Amarnath yatris, President Pranab Mukhejree today asked the Jammu and Kashmir government and other agencies concerned to ensure that the guilty were brought to justice.
"Such senseless acts of terrorism targeting innocent lives is an attack on the democratic values of the society and deserve to be universally condemned. They must be met with determination and collective action," the president said in a message to Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra.
He called upon the J&K government and all agencies concerned to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice and law and order is maintained in the state.
