Featuring some of the national champions crowned just over a couple of months ago in Guwahati, the 10-strong team does not feature any of the regulars.
The boxers for the event have been selected from the camp which is being conducted in Aurangabad under the tutelage of Shiv Singh, one of the two chief coaches assigned with the men boxers.
The light flyweight (49kg) division features Amit Panghal, who won a bronze medal at last month's 68th Strandja Memorial Tournament in Bulgaria.
He will look to cement his place in the category, which had been dominated by Commonwealth Games silver-medallist L Devendro Singh before he jumped to the flyweight (52kg) division last year.
The flyweight spot has been taken by Chandigarh's 20-year-old sensation Deepak Singh, who had created a flutter at the Guwahati Nationals by claiming the title. Incidentally, he had beaten Devendro in the final of the Nationals.
This will be Deepak's second international outing and he would be aiming to improve on the first-round exit at the Strandja Memorial.
The bantamweight category will feature Haryana's Akshay.
In the lightweight (60kg) category, 19-year-old Ankush Dahiya, an Asian Youth silver-medallist and the runner-up in Guwahati Nationals, would be aiming to make an impression in his maiden senior international tournament.
Dahiya had lost to Shiva Thapa in the National finals.
Shiva is currently in Patiala in the other national camp.
Joining Dahiya in the squad is his contemporary Reyal Puri (81kg), also an Asian youth silver-medallist.
Another National silver-medallist finding his way into the squad is Services Sports Control Board's Duryodhan Singh.
He had lost to former Commonwealth Games gold-medallist and two-time Olympian Manoj Kumar in Guwahati.
The Chemistry Cup will be held from March 13 to 18.
