Will come up with a plan for Brendon McCullum: Tim Southee

One is flamboyant, the other is modest. It's no exaggeration going by the manner of their wins that one's a hare and the other a tortoise. And yet, the Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals have something in common— their never-say-die attitude.

One is flamboyant, the other is modest. It's no exaggeration going by the manner of their wins that one's a hare and the other a tortoise. And yet, the Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals have something in common— their never-say-die attitude.

It's that attitude that has enabled both teams to maintain an all-win record in this IPL season so far. So when they lock horns here at Motera on Sunday, it will be nothing less than a blockbuster.

Considering the home team Royals' record against Chennai, the latter, led by MS Dhoni, will start as favourites. Acknowledging the depth in CSK's batting, Royals' bowling spearhead Tim Southee said, "They are a very dangerous side. They are not only strong at the top of the order, (but) they've got some very good players down the order."

More than the depth in batting, it CSK's opening pair of Dwayne Smith and Brendon McCullum that the Royals' have to be wary of. Asked how he fancies his chances against compatriot McCullum, Southee said he will come up with a plan. "It'll be a good wicket to get, but he's obviously in good form. He'll be hard to stop but I'm sure we'll try and come up with plans to get him out him early."
