Rome Masters: Sania Mirza, Martina Hingis reach womens doubles quarter-finals

The Indo-Swiss pair of Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis won in straight sets win over Romania's Irina-Camelia Begu and Monica Niculescu to enter the women's doubles quarterfinals of the Rome Masters tournament.

Sania-Hingis took just over an hour to win the second round tie 6-4, 6-1 on the clay courts of Foro Italico on Tuesday.

Depite being broken four times, the duo won seven break points and dominated their opponents by winning 58 of the 94 points.
