India v/s England: 'The perfect start to a Test career,' Twitter raises a toast to Keaton Jennings

The fourth Test being played between India and England at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai brought pressure to young Keaton Jennings in more ways than one. Or at least, would have imagined so. His side have been comprehensively dominated through the series, he was coming in place of his contemporary who had impressed one and all with his solid batting at the top of the order when others seem to be struggling, and most importantly, it was his debut match!

However, Jennings defied all odds on Thursday with a surprisingly mature knock that saw him score a century on debut. His innings of 112 was studded with 13 glorious boundaries.

Naturally, former players and cricket fans were most generous in their praise for the young opener.
