England skipper Eoin Morgan said that the recent blackmailing attempt by an Australian man over an alleged affair with a woman hasn't distracted him ahead of the upcoming World Cup, which gets underway from February 14 in Australia and New Zealand.
Morgan, who replaced Alastair Cook as captain, said that it hadn't been distracting at all, adding that he was very comfortable with ECB looking after the situation, the Guardian reported.
Speaking after his side's three wicket loss to Australia, Morgan further said that he was happy that it had all been cleared and he could get on with his cricket.
England will now face India again on Jan 30 to book a berth in the tri-series finale.
