After creating waves internationally, Surfset® Fitness, a fun and surf-inspired extreme workout that mimics the movements of surfing without the need for water, launched in India. The workout routine is introduced by the husband-wife duo , Deepak and Kajal Tejsinghani, under their vehicle YOLO Brands LLP.

With its first studio in Santacruz, Surfset® Fitness provides the tools to carve the perfect surfer body. It integrates balance, core strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and power, all while torching unwanted body fat in high intensity intervals. The workout aims to shake up the way you look and exercise with the help of a patented surfboard, giving participants an intense workout fusing Pilates, plyometrics and yoga.
"Swanky inviting interiors along with mood lighting, wooden flooring, big LED displays with stunning visuals shot exclusively at Bali show the attention to detail in our labour of love and passion. We want to provide the best to our members," says Kajal, Executive Director and Founder of Surfset® Fitness. Fashion Designer and Juhu resident Arpita Mehta says that upon entering the studio she feels that she is riding on the ocean waves, without having to get drenched.

Members of Surfset® Fitness range from six year olds to 60 -year-old adults, who want to experiment with a new fitness regime. Arjun Nair, a Juhu resident all of six years, excitedly looks forward to the session, designed especially for children. The activities for kids are interactive, with a mix of story-telling and body balancing techniques. According to Bandra resident Supriya Sobti, this new fitness concept keeps her constantly motivated as it works on the entire body and gives her a feel-good factor, putting her in a different zone.
Certified Surfset® Fitness trainer and Bandra resident Alisha Mistry, claims that in a 45-minute session, a participant can easily burn 500–900 calories and get a complete body workout focusing on all the core muscles and working on their balance, flexibility and endurance
levels. She also ensures that she alters the exercises in case any participant is suffering from a medical condition or injury.
