Among the 37 builders who participated, were reputed ones like Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited, Thakkar Developers Limited, Samrat Group, Peninsula Land and Suyojit Infrastructure Private Limited.

The 1,000 projects including budget homes, 1/2/3/4/5 BHK apartments, villas, bungalows, row houses and non-agricultural plots on display were priced between Rs20 lakh and Rs3 crore.

For instance, Peninsula Land's Ashok Astoria, located at Gangapur road near the famous Sula Vineyards, boasts of world-class amenities like a tennis court, swimming pool, meditation area, theme garden, rock climbing and an amphitheatre.

For the health-conscious, Paranjape group's Aaryavarta project has facilities like a swimming pool, yoga center, gym, tennis court, basketball court, skating rink, playground, pharmacy and a library.
