According to complaint filed by Menon at the BKC cyber crime cell, Madhav Bhide and she are on a WhatsApp group, where Bhide allegedly issued death threats to Gurmehar Kaur

Aam Aadmi Party leader Preeti Sharma Menon has lodged a complaint against Nationalist Congress party's (NCP) Madhav Bhide for allegedly issuing death threat to Gurmehar Kaur and using indecent words against her.
According to complaint filed by Menon at the BKC cyber crime cell, Madhav Bhide and she are on a WhatsApp group, where Bhide allegedly issued death threats to Gurmehar Kaur and used bad words saying "This people should be shot bullets." When Menon warned him that his actions could be construed as criminal, he continued and said "Yes, dumb girls like her and people brainwashing her should be shot dead immediately"
"Even after I warned him to not to use such words, he continued. So, finally, I decided to file a complaint and registered a case against him at the BKC cyber police station. I have also mailed Mumbai Commissioner of Police Datta Padsalgikar, " said Menon. "I have also submitted the screenshots of the conversation," she added.
"The case has been registered on Friday and we are investigating the case, " said a police officer from BKC cyber crime police station.
A Non-Cognisable offence has been registered against Bhide in BKC cyber crime police station.
