The rising mercury left Mumbaikars dizzy for the second consecutive day on Wednesday with maximum temperature in Santacruz recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius, which is the same as that recorded on Tuesday.
Colaba, on the other hand, saw a rise on Wednesday with the highest temperature for the day settling at 35.2 degrees Celsius.

Heat conditions in the state’s eastern region of Vidharba got even more severe with Chandrapur recording 45.4 degrees on Wednesday.
