Depicting Jain mythology through 6D Rangoli

Two time Limca Record winner Bhavaana Bhedaa depicts Jain mythology through a rangoli in Santacuz, near V N Desai Hospital. The Rangoli is a six dimensional 3D anaglyph and 3D illusion with UV light effect and black out effect. The four minute Rangoli musical show can be seen with the help of red and blue glasses. The Rangoli has been put up on exhibition till November 24.

This time, Bhedaa has made the depiction of Panch Mahavideh, "This one took me a lot of time to make because it had a lot of shades and detailing. I spent at least 10-12 hours each day making the Rangoli," she said adding that it took her 13 days to complete the Rangoli.

Bhedaa, is a professional singer and has passion for art. "I have always loved trying something different and unique. I have been making Rangolis for the past 17 years now and everytime I try to come up with different stories and depictions," she added. Bhedaa has made Rangolis in places like Bandra Kurla Complex, Azaad Maidan and also at Zakir Hussain's tribute show at Nehru Planetarium.

Bhedaa believes her husband Haresh is her biggest strength, "He is the one who inspires me and sponsors my art. He helps me conceptualise the whole theme as well." She is confident to make to Limca Records this time as well.
