Two thousand students, 700 parents and around 300 management people of USGS and PPSIJC were on the streets of Juhu for a civic awareness drive

Students of Juhu Parle Education Society celebrated Children’s Day on a different vein on Tuesday. Around 2,000 students along with parents and staff members of Utpal Sanghvi Global School (USGS) and Prabhavati Padamshi Soni International Junior College (PPSIJC) from Juhu engaged in a civic awareness programme aimed at Mumbaikars and also distributed wet and dry dustbins to 750 societies in Juhu.
Two thousand students, 700 parents and around 300 management people of USGS and PPSIJC were on the streets of Juhu for a civic awareness drive. The school has also adopted Katkariwadi village in Thane district, where students are teaching villagers to make paper bags in order to give them employment opportunities and also spreading a message of no plastic bags in their area by selling villagers handmade paper bags.
