MobiKwik ties with ICICI Bank

In a first, digital payment solutions firm MobiKwik today said it has tied up with ICICI Bank to allow addition of direct cash to its digital wallet through any of the bank's 4,000 branches.

"We believe our tie-up with India's largest private-sector bank ICICI, is a big step forward for the entire mobile payments industry," said Bipin Preet Singh, founder and chief executive, MobiKwik.

Rays Power Experts bags 7 MW rooftop solar contract from DMRC * Rays Power Experts today said it has bagged a contract from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for setting up a 7 MW solar rooftop project on its selected stations' ad sites.

"Rays Power bagged the tender for construction and commissioning of a 7 MW solar rooftop voltaic power plant for selected stations and sites of DMRC," it said in a statement.

Minda Industries Q4 net profit declines 83.35% to Rs 2.36 cr * Auto components maker Minda Industries today reported 83.35 decline in standalone net profit at Rs 2.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

It had posted a net profit of Rs 14.18 crore in the January-March period of 2013-14 fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

Insecticides Q4 net profit rises 20% to Rs 6.18 crore * Agro-chemical firm Insecticides (India) Ltd today reported 20% increase in net profit at Rs 6.18 crore for the quarter ended March.

Its net profit stood at Rs 5.15 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
