IT services provider HCL Technologies has been named one of the top employers in the United Kingdom for the eleventh consecutive year.

The Top Employers Institute assessed HCL Technologies' employee practices across various criteria such as talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, benefits and culture.

Axis Bank invites ideas on 'Future of Jobs in India' * Axis Bank has launched a crowd-sourcing competition 'Future of Jobs in India', seeking ideas from young minds.

The idea can be related to any sector and should be submitted online, before February 15.

All Indian citizens in the age group of 18 to 30 are eligible to participate. The total prize money is Rs 50 lakh, including seed funding, Axis Bank said in a release.
