Haryana to release Rs 200 cr for districts in first instalment

Haryana government today said it has decided to release Rs 200 crore as first instalment to all the districts under the District Plan Scheme for the financial year 2017-18.

Finance Minister Capt Abhimanyu said today that the funds include Rs 120 crore for general component and Rs 80 crore for Scheduled Castes Sub Plan.

Giving a break-up of the disbursal, he said Rs 8.90 crore would be released for Ambala, Rs 8.93 crore for Bhiwani and Rs 3.96 crore for Charkhi Dadri.

In addition, Rs 14.27 crore would be released for Faridabad, 7.43 crore for Fatehabad, Rs 11.94 crore for Gurugram, Rs 13.75 crore for Hisar, Rs 7.56 crore for Jhajjar, Rs 10.52 crore for Jind, Rs 8.47 crore for Kaithal, Rs 11.87 crore for Karnal and Rs 7.61 crore for Kurukshetra.

He added, Rs 7.27 crore would be released for Mahendergarh, Rs 8.59 crore for Nuh, Rs 8.22 crore for Palwal, Rs 4.42 crore for Panchkula, Rs 9.50 crore for Panipat, Rs 7.10 crore for Rewari, Rs 8.37 crore for Rohtak, Rs 10.21 crore for Sirsa, Rs 11.44 crore for Sonipat and Rs 9.57 crore for Yamunanagar.
