Minor girl accuses uncle, son of assault

A minor girl has accused her uncle and his son of sexual assault. The girl alleged that when she   complaint to her father, instead of taking action against them, he married her off a taxi driver for Rs 5 lakh. The girl said that her husband, who is a drunkard, gave her sleeping pills and allowed his friend to rape her.

On Wednesday, she was wandering around the court complex for justice. Upon hearing her story, Advocate Brijesh Pareek took the girl to the Legal Services Committee. After that, the chairman of the committee, Dheeraj Sharma, referred the minor girl to the District Legal Service Committee. The investigation of complaints is being done by Ashish Dadhich, secretary of the District Legal Services Authority.
