BSF, Pak rangers hold quarterly meeting

In this meeting held at Rangers Conference Hall, problems and issues related to Rajasthan and Gujarat border between India and Pakistan were discussed.

Between the ongoing tensions in Jammu and Kashmir, the Quarterly Border Meeting between Border Security Force and Pakistan Rangers was organized in Khokhrapar. In this meeting held at Rangers Conference Hall, problems and issues related to Rajasthan and Gujarat border between India and Pakistan were discussed.

IK Mehta, DIG  Border Security Force headed the Indian delegation along with twelve other members of Indian delegation including  DIG Raj Singh Rathore, DIG  Pratul Gautam and eight other BSF officials and two members each from  Survey of India &  Narcotics Control Bureau attended the meeting. Brigadier Nadir Hussain, Deputy Director General Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) headed the 14 members Pakistan delegation including one rep each of Survey of Pakistan, Pakistan Maritime Security Agency and Anti Narcotics Force, Pakistan attended the meeting. Meeting started after a warm welcome by Pakistan Rangers at zero point. Both the sides mutually agreed to maintain peace on the border by resolving issues.
