Woman, two sons die as they try to alight moving train

In a tragic incident, a woman and her two minor sons lost their lives when they tried to get off from a moving train at the Bisva railway station in this district, the police said.

According to police officials, Bisva station was not one of the scheduled stops, and to get off there, the woman along with her children jumped out of the moving train but were crushed under it.

Savitri Devi,(35), accompanied by two sons, aged 12 and two years, had boarded the Jansadharan Express from Sitapur Cantt Station for Bisva this afternoon, the police said.

All the three were rushed to the hospital, where they were declared dead, officials said.
