We should make a movie where cows conquer and enslave Indians: Markandey Katju

Former Supreme Court judge Justice Markandey Katju, who has become a social media star because of his outspoken posts on Facebook, recently took a dig at groups behind the attack and murder of individuals transporting livestock - particularly cows.

In his Facebook post that has since gone viral, Katju wrote, "There is a Hollywood film called ' The Planet of the Apes ' in which apes conquer and enslave humans. I recommend to Bollywood film producers to make a film called ' The Planet of the Cows ' in which cows conquer and enslave Indians. I am sure it will gross ten times more profits than ' Bahubali ' Hari Om (sic),"

Katju's post comes a day after Bollywood actor Kajol was criticised for sharing a video of a beef dish. Although she later clarified that it was buffalo meat, social media wasn't forgiving.
