Two minutes silence for AAP and Arvind Kejriwal: Twitter reacts to AAP MLA Ved Parkash joining the BJP

In a major blow to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ahead of the Municipal polls, its party MLA from Bawana, Ved Parkash, resigned on Monday and joined the BJP. "I'm going to resign from Delhi assembly and am joining the BJP. Around 30-35 MLAs are upset in AAP," he said, while addressing a press conference at the BJP office in the national capital.

While it may have been a blow to the Arvind Kejriwal-led party, as the elections for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi are due in April. 

Twitter, however, had a field day with Ved Parkash's resignation, with people trolling the Delhi Chief Minister and the BJP.
