Several Western Railway rakes diverted for Simhastha Mela in MP

Western Railway on Thursday announced that it would be withdrawing Mainline Electric Multiple Units (MEMU) running on several non-suburban routes to deploy these rakes for the Simhastha Mela to be held in Ujjain from April 22 to May 21 this year.

During this period these services would be carried out with conventional rakes of 12-coaches, said the WR statement.
