Centre rules out resignation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan who are under Opposition attack over Lalit Modi row and Vyapam scam. "BJP government at the Centre or state was formed by people not by Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi. Therefore, neither Sushma Swaraj, Shivraj Singh Chouhan nor Vasundhara Raje will resign from their posts," Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said here today on the sidelines of a CII conference on steel industry.

Blaming the Congress-led opposition for "stalling" of Parliament, the Union Steel minister said that the opposition was not ready to discuss issues. "Initially, they (opposition parties) were demanding discussion in the Parliament.
