Former Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Thursday has blamed India for their recent terror attack on Bacha Khan University that took place yesterday, reports the India Today. "We should not take the threat of India's defense ministry lightly. Indian agency RAW is behind the attack on Bacha Khan University. They have reached an understanding with Tehrik-e-Taliban," Malik said to a news channel.

He also referred to Manohar Parrikar's comment following the Pathankot terror attack. "How dare he talk about us... the Bacha Khan University attack was carried by him," he said.

Parrikar had last week spoken about the Pathankot terror attack saying, "The nation has run out of its capacity to tolerate acts of terror and as a Defence Minister, I, too, have run out of it. So we will do something about it, you'll see," Parrikar had said in Jaipur.

The Pathankot terror attack has lead to the postponement of India-Pakistan Foreign Secretary-level talks.

On Wednesday, heavily-armed militants had stormed the university named after Frontier Gandhi, firing indiscriminately on students and teachers. 20 people - 18 students, a professor and a staffer - died in the attack.
