A parcel of land in the national capital's Dwarka area, earmarked for constructing a diplomatic enclave on the lines of the one in Chanakyapuri, has been transferred from the DDA to the Land and Development Office.
The sprawling zone, identified by the Delhi Development Authority in 2007, has around 40 plots. But, its allotment is yet to be done.
"The parcel of land we had identified for the diplomatic enclave has been handed over to the Land and Development Office (L&DO). The ball is in its court now. And, so any further decision on the project would be taken by it (L&DO) only," a senior DDA official told
