Criminal carrying reward of Rs 25,000 arrested in Gurgaon

A 37-year-old criminal carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 on his head has been arrested from Kherki Daula area here, while his sister who was his partner-in-crime was arrested from Guna in Madhya Pradesh.

Police said Ram Pujan, a native of Madhya Pradesh was arrested with illegal fire arms during a raid by crime branch Bilaspur yesterday on the basis of a tip off.

Pujan's sister, identified as Salochna was arrested from a village in Guna district in Madhya Pradesh.

"Ram Pujan, a notorious criminal was involved in over 40 cases of murder, loot and robbery in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi and Gurgaon. He was active from last 15 years," Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Sumit Kumar told
