Teen Choice Awards: Deepika Padukone's debut in 'xXx 3' gets her a nomination alongside 'Wonder Woman' Gal Godot!

Deepika Padukone managed to impress her fans and critics alike for the portrayal of her character, Serena Unger, in her Hollywood debut film xXx: Retun of Xander Cage. Now, the same role has won her a nomination at the Teen Choice Awards alongside Wonder Woman protagonist Gal Godot. 

DP has been nominated in the Choice Action Movie Actress category. The official Twitter handle of Teen Choice Awards shared a picture of the nominations. Deepika's co-stars Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose are also nominated for the award.

However, Deepika will be competing with Gal Gaodot for the trophy, who has been nominated in the same category for her blockbuster film Wonder Woman. Considering the popularity of Godot and her movie, the chances of DP bagging the trophy seem bleak. Nevertheless, her fans have their hopes pinned on her, as always. May the best woman win!
