WHAT? Raveena Tandon’s film ‘Maatr’ is clashing with her husband Anil Thadani’s ‘Noor’ at the BO this week!

Unlike actors or actresses who clash at the box office, this Friday will see an unusual clash — of husband and wife. Raveena Tandon’s film Maatr will clash with that of her distributor husband Anil Thadani.

Anil’s Noor starring Sonakshi Sinha will release along with Raveena’s film. Interestingly, both are women-centric films — while Raveena’s deals with the sensitive issue of rape, Anil’s film is based on Pakistani author Saba Imtiaz’s novel Karachi You’re Killing Me! and follows a Pakistani journalist-writer Noor’s misadventures.

It will be fun to watch who wins the boxoffice battle in this round.
