TV actress files molestation case against producer

The Palghar district rural police have registered an offence of molestation against a producer following a complaint by an actress, police said.

Producer Sanjay Kohli has been booked after a complaint was filed by a television actress, said police sub-inspector V D Mali of Waliv police station under Vasai division.

No arrest has been made so far, the officer said.

According to the complaint, the producer was allegedly blackmailing the actress to have a physical relationship if she wanted to continue in a show.
