Salman Khan bonds with good friend Preity Zinta in Los Angeles

That Bollywood beefcake Salman Khan has many friends industry is a known fact. And one such friend of 'bhai' is actress Preity Zinta. After all, they have done numerous movies together like Chori Chori Chupke Chipke, Ishkq In Paris, Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega, Jaaneman, Dil Ne Jise Apna Kahaa, Main Aur Mrs Khanna and Heroes. 

Some of their films did well and some did not, however their friendship is solid. In fact, in June 2014 when the actress was in midst of an ugly controversy with her ex-boyfriend and co-owner of her Kings XI Punjab IPL cricket team, she proudly proclaimed, "Salman Khan has stood by me like a rock." The controversy died down after some months but the spat is still fresh in the minds of Preity's fans. 
Therefore, it was quite heart-warming to see her catching up with old friend Salman when she tweeted, "Spent last week in LA with the super sexy @beingsalmankhan. So nice to have him this side of the world ! Safe travels n take care Salman ! Loads of love." along with a picture of him and her. 

How did this happen? Khan headed to LA for his annual health check up, after visiting Toronto for the music launch and red carpet events of his home production Dr Cabbie. Whilst there, he caught up with Zinta, who's been visiting LA quite regularly of late. Also, the bubbly actress was recently spotted strutting the ramp for fashion designer Amita Bal at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California.
