Naseer blames Rajesh Khanna for mediocrity in films in the ‘70s. Naseer himself has been part of quite a few cringe-worthy movies. Leaving out some absolutely mediocre films because they were commercially successful, here are some films that Naseer might not want to be remembered for.
Naseer played Robin ‘The Bird’ Dharamraj Santino in this movie. This movie was so bad that it raised laughs at all the wrong places. As for the plot, it wasn’t even wafer thin.
This crossover movie was largely ignored by the audience as well as the critics.
The movie directed by Kaizaad Gustad disappeared from the theatres even before the weekend was over. Obviously it got nowhere close to hitting the Jackpot.
Though the movie had theatre actors like Naseer and was directed by Makrand Deshpande, it was like a senseless dream.
This definitely was no great piece of cinema that had Naseer sharing screen space with Divya Dutta, Shehzad Khan and Jackie Shroff.
Naseer played husband to an over-weight Rekha who he wants to murder. By the end of the movie, the audience members probably wanted to kill themselves.
When you see actors like Om Puri, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Danny Dengzongpa and Naseer among the cast in movie directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, you would want to see it. But this one just goes to prove that nobody is infallible.
You know that a movie was not worth your time or money when there are is no mention of it in any film books or is not even listed among the actor’s works!
Naseer played Durjan Singh and Surjan Singh in this movie that starred Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit Nene. The ham fest had the audience leaving the theatres even before the end credits rolled.
The title itself should give a good indication of how epic this movie must be.
The movie was about women being harassed and killed for dowry. But it hardly made any noise.
