Is Hussain Kuwajerwala's 'Sajan Re Phir Jhoot Mat Bolo' a 'Ghajini' spin-off?

The upcoming show Sajan Re Phir Jhoot Mat Bolo, seems to be heavily inspired by Aamir Khan’s Ghajini. Not the part where he suffers from short-term memory less, but his romance with Asin. In the trailer, you see Hussain Kuwajerwala introducing himself as Jaiveer Chopra, a business baron for whom the sky is the limit. And in the next moment he tells his secretary he wants to meet Jaya and you see him dressed ordinarily with a muffler around his neck and riding a cycle. When Jaya’s father asks him if he has a lot of money, he says he is a poor farmer! It is reminiscent of the scene when Aamir introduces himself as Sanjay Singhania, a rich tycoon whose father’s dream was to own the world’s biggest cellphone company and his mission to fulfill his dream. Later, after he meets Asin who mistakes him for an upcoming model, he pretends to be one. Each time he goes to meet her he uses a public mode of transport.
