Here's why Salman Khan is so interested in Saira Banu's niece, Sayesha Saigal

Reports of Salman Khan's growing interest in Sayesha Saigal, Saira Banu's niece have been doing the round for a while. Now, however, the reason seems to have become clear.

Salman, who is very close to Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu and often visits them at their house, spotted Sayesha there and asked her to try her hand at acting.

Sayesha is now starring in Ajay Devgn's Shivaay, which will release in 2017. Salman's keen interest in Sayesha's career obviously sparked rumours of her bagging a role opposite Salman but no news of that has been confirmed yet.

However, Salman Khan has become somewhat of a mentor to Sayesha and keeps an eye out for her. She too takes his advice very seriously and keeps him updated with the details of her career, reported The Times of India.

Can't say we are surprised here, considering the number of young stars Salman has mentored, this is yet reason for the respect he has within the industry.
