Harry Potter books broke and made records when they were published. The movies followed the same suit. Now the theatre version of the future of the boy who lived, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, is creating records by winning whopping 11 nominations for this year's Olivier Awards.

Jamie Parker, Noma Dumezweni, and Anthony Boyle, who play Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Scorpius Malfoy respectively, were nominated for the UK's top theatre awards.

Based on a new story written by JK Rowling, John Tiffany, and Jack Thorne, the play is adapted by Thorne. It debuted on London's West End at Palace Theatre in July last year.
