Ellen Pompeo, who will make her directorial debut by helming an episode of the show, teamed up with her co-star Camilla Luddington to spoof the singer?s maternity photo shoot, reports E! Online.

The ?True Blood? star Camilla took to Instagram and posted a video of the parody, "We can't help but act a fool#welovebeyonce filmed and directed by @therealdebbieallen @camillaluddington @hairtheshaway #greysanatomy.?

The real shoot was done by the show?s star and director Debbie Ellen.

In the video we can see Pompeo saying, ?This is amazing. You are pregnant at the same time as Beyonc?. When is that ever going to happen again, Camilla??

Luddington can be seen looking a bit uncomfortable as she says, ?I just feel a little bit weird. Don't you think you're taking this directing thing too far?? to which Ellem replies, ?No, you look amazing. You're glowing.?

At the end, a short black veil is dumped on her as she continues to feel weird.

The 33 year-old announced few days earlier that she is expecting a baby girl. Though the ?Formation? singer, did not tell the sexes of her twins.
