The pics suggest that Bipasha and Hate Story 3 actor enjoyed each other's company. As per sources, Bipasha will celebrate the New Year bash and her birthday with Karan and with her close pals Rocky S and Deanne Pandey. Though Bipasha and Karan have never admitted to their relationship publicly, both of them are often spotted together at events and parties.
