Ex files: When Shahid Kapoor called Priyanka Chopra 'baby' at IIFA 2016!

Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra have had a torrid past. The awkwardness between the two was visible when they had to share the same stage for the IIFA 2016 press conference. But on the night of the main event, Sasha introduced Priyanka in a rather surprising fashion. 

Says a source, "Farhan and Shahid were all set to introduce PC right before her act and while Farhan finished her lines, it was Shahid who eventually introduced her on stage. As Priyanka 'baby'. Now that did bring a chuckle from many present."

After all, Shahid has always been extremely awkward with his exes- whether it's Kareena Kapoor or Piggy Chops. We don't know if this was a part of the script, but then again, we hope the edit team doesn't chop it off in the reels.
