Navin Prakash, who is the latest commoner to be evicted from Bigg Boss, feels celebrities have an edge over commoners in garnering more votes owing to their popularity. The current season 10 of the popular reality show has commoners battling out with celebs in the Big Boss house.

"They have their own set of people or group to vote for them besides the fans. As audience hardly knows us, we get less votes. We can't question the format of the show or the channel or the audience... this is how Bigg Boss is," Navin said.

"As commoners we had to make our presence felt and I did it in my way. I was active right from the beginning. I never took sympathy for being poor. As a contestant, I had to match up shoulder to shoulder with the celebrities," he said.

Being locked in the same house with celebrities, Navin says he did not have any good experience with celebrities. "There was nothing to take back home from the house with celebrities as they did not know how to do household chores. The only thing that I found good in them was maintaining physical fitness," he added.

Navin was seen as one of the sensible contestants and was good at performing tasks but his mood swings did surprise other inmates. "I came out on a happy note. But I am disappointed with the fact that I got eliminated against Rahul Dev. He is a big brand in comparison to a commoner like me. He was not active in the house but still due to his popularity he got votes."

Among other contestants, Navin feels Gaurav Chopra has a chance to win the show, aired on Colors channel. "He (Gaurav) is conducting himself good on the show. He is being normal...he isn't backbiting," said Navin.
