Arjun Kapoor to star in Rohit Shetty-Karan Johar's 'Ram Lakhan' remake?

Belonging to the same legion of cinematic greats, Arjun Kapoor can definitely be the best choice to play Anil Kapoor's naughty Lakhan from Ram Lakhan. Given his vivacious energy and his disarming charm, Arjun who is a self proclaimed fan of his Anil chachu might just be roped in to play the key role in the Ram Lakhan remake.

Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty haven't openly announced who they are casting but in a recent interview with Arjun for Finding Fanny, he tried too hard to keep the cat inside the bag. Although he did not quite accept it openly, his words almost gave it in.

"An actors job is to come and act. I will leave it to the producers to decide and announce the film. I admire Anil Kapoor the actor, the performer, the star. I would still want the producers to speak about it and I think ethically and morally it would be wrong for me to say something. I guess Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar are the right people to talk about it. They would definitely choose someone who would fit the character. Be it me or Ranveer or whoever they think is apt to play the role of Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor, they will make the correct choice", was Arjun's answer when asked about being roped for Ram Lakhan.

While there had been fleeting reports that Ranbir Kapoor has been roped in to play one of the leads, now it is only upto time that we get to know who exactly will reprise the roles of Ram and Lakhan in the remake!
