Anupam and Ray are samdhis now

Anupam Kher has been waxing eloquent about his 500th film, called The Big Sick, an indie production based on the actor-screenwriter Kumail Nanjiani and co-writer (and real-life wife’s) Emily V Gordon’s experiences.

Says Anupam enthusiastically, “Big Sick is a very special film because it is my 500th film. I also get to share screen space with some of the biggest talents around including Holly Hunter,  Ray Romano (of Everybody Loves Raymond fame) and Zoe Kazan (playwright Elia Kazan’s grand-daughter). Just spending time with them is going to be so enriching for me. Also, I have a fabulous role.”
