Akshay Kumar roped in for PC Sorcar's biopic

Akshay Kumar who in an interview with dna few days back had clearly stated that he is open to doing biopics, if he suits the role, has finally signed one! Yes, our Khiladi will be playing famous magician PC Sorcar in a biopic to be directed by Soumik Sen.

According to a leading daily, Akshay has given nod to the project after little coaxing and Soumik is thrilled, since he wanted to cast an A-lister for his film. Not just that, even PC Sorcar Junior, the son of the late magician has approved of the film and given a go ahead to the team. 

PC Sorcar was famous for his breathtaking magic tricks which he conjured up his sleeves and now it will be nice to see Akki slip into his shoes.
