After Arjun Kapoor, ex-girlfriend Sonakshi Sinha wants to host Khatron Ke Khiladi

Sonakshi Sinha will soon be seen as a judge on a dance reality show. The actress likes reality TV and has judged Indian Idol  last year. Now she wants to host a game show like Kaun Banega Crorepati.  She has a good command over both Hindi and English, and feels that she can do it.

Says an insider, “Sona has mentioned how she would like to be part of TV shows high on action and stunts, like Fear Factor (a show her ex Arjun Kapoor has hosted). She has never shied away from trying new things, and is keen to do a quiz show KBC next, as she likes the format.”

Sonakshi confirms, “I used to follow the show avidly. It’s informative and entertaining. I prefer reality shows in India and fictional shows from the West. I used to love watching KBC and Bigg Boss at one point. Now I watch a lot of Western fiction serials like Suits, Breaking Bad, Sherlock, Elementary and How To Get Away With Murder. I think in terms of fiction we have a very long way to go in terms of quality. But reality TV is quite entertaining. I love talent-based shows, and have already been part of a singing one and now a dancing one.”

About hosting a show with her father, she says , “I think film or TV, whatever we do together, it will be amazing to share screen space with him but it has to be a great script. My dad did host the Bhojpuri version of KBC and I went on that show. It was quite an experience being on the hot seat!”
