Here's a glimpse at the ZEE5 launch event
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) on Wednesday announed the launch of it's latest digital entertainment OTT platform called ZEE5. The launch event took place at a Mumbai hotel on February 15 in the presence of Amit Goenka, CEO ZEE International and Z5 Global, Punit Goenka, MD and CEO ZEEL, Bollywood celebs Swara Bhasker, Badshah, Naveen Kasturia and others.
The app is now available for download for Android and iOS users. Additionally, ZEE5 will also be available across Amazon Fire TV Stick, Chromecast and on www.zee5.com. The new OTT platform is currently available in India and will roll out in global markets over the next three months. With the medium of consumption changing rapidly from Television to mobile screens, ZEE 5 has some important features which makes it the next-big-thing in consumption of digital entertainment.
