A compendium of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that seeks to highlight the best practices was released today by Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal.

Releasing the 'Compendium of CSR: Best Practices in India', the minister of state for corporate affairs underlined the need for innovations to effectively contribute to social development through CSR projects.

It was released at a function jointly organised by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN), an official release said.

IICA Director General and CEO Sunil Arora stressed that CSR implementation should be viewed holistically with special emphasis on fruitful connect between stakeholders.
