4 men found with fake visas in Dubai deported, arrested

The four men have been identified as Tufail, Ajay Rajbhar, Chand Babu and Salman Khan all aged between 25 to 30 years, and hail from Uttar Pradesh. According to the police, the accused had left for Dubai on September 19 from Delhi's IGI Airport.

Four men who had gone to Dubai on work visas, were deported back to India after their visas were found to be forged. Police said they were arrested on their arrival and a case was registered against them at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport police station on Wednesday.

The four men have been identified as Tufail, Ajay Rajbhar, Chand Babu and Salman Khan all aged between 25 to 30 years, and hail from Uttar Pradesh. According to the police, the accused had left for Dubai on September 19 from Delhi's IGI Airport.

"However, on reaching Dubai during immigration check at the airport, officials found that the work visas were fake. The accused then revealed that they had acquired the visas by paying a man in India. They were then deported," said DCP, IGI, Sanjay Bhatia.

Immigration officials at Delhi airport registered an FIR was under sections 420 (cheating), 468 (forgery) and 471 (using as genuine a forged document) of the Indian Penal Code, police said.
