Flipkart’s Big Diwali Sale: 70% off on TVs, 80% discount on clothes and all that you can expect

Just after when you thought the online sale season is about to get over, e-firm Flipkart is back with its Big Diwali Sale. 

The 3-day long sale will commence from October 14 and will continue till October 17. 

In a teaser, Flipkart has announced that there will be upto 70% off on TVs and home appliances. 

The company will also be offering washing machines at a starting price of Rs 8,999.

The website states that there will be 50-80 per cent off on fashion products. 

Flipkart is assuring up to 50 per cent value on old smartphones with its Buyback guarantee. The e-commerce site has listed exchange values for phones such as Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, Lenovo K4 Note, Moto G4 Plus, Apple iPhone 6 among other options. 

Lucrative discounts are also expected on Redmi Note 4, Lenovo K8 Plus and Redmi 4A.

There will also be a no-cost EMI option on over 4 lakh products with Bajaj Finserv cards.

Besides, if you will be among one of the lucky 100 customers, you can get 100% cashback on your purchase during the sale. 

Also, 8 customers can get international flight vouchers worth Rs 15,000 from ixigo.

Flipkart's rival Amazon has also concluded its second Great Indian Festival that took place from October 4 until October 8. 

Amazon reportedly received a great response to the first edition of the sale and managed to sell 2.5 times more smartphones than it did last year. 

For Amazon, smartphones and large appliances were the best-selling products in the last festive sale that ended on September 24.
