When Kartik Aaryan refused a role opposite Priyanka Chopra in 'Gustakhiyan'

A lot has been written about Gustakhiyan and the several cast changes in the last two months. While Irrfan Khan and Priyanka Chopra’s exits have been spoken about, there’s another actor who said no to the film, when it was still being made with PC.

An insider reveals, “Along with Sahir Ludhianvi and Amrita Pritam’s character, there’s another parallel lead — one who plays Pritam’s husband in the film. That was offered to Kartik Aaryan, but he couldn’t accommodate the dates since he’s shooting for Luv Ranjan’s next and so had to let it go.”

Now that PC is not doing the film, he must be relieved that he couldn’t do the role.
