Time slot of Rishton Ka Chakravyuh changed, Praneet happy to promote!

Now that Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3 is going off air, the serial Rishton Ka Chakravyuh will be taking its place. The show that was aired at 6 pm slot is being shifted to 8 pm. The serial stars Narayani Shastri, Sangeeta Ghosh, Mahima Makwana and Praneet Bhatt, among others. When the serial was launched the actors were not very happy about the slot, especially Praneet, who plays the antagonist. Sources say that he did not even promote the show.

However, now that serial is shifted he has called the makers and the channel to say that he will promote it now. Praneet agreed that he is extremely happy that the slot has changed. “I was praying that the slot gets changed and God has answered my prayers,” he smiles. When asked whether he had refused to promote the show earlier, he says he was unwell. “I was at the launch event of the show in Chandigarh, but after that I fell ill, so couldn’t promote it.

I loved the script and my character as I was looking for something different after Mahabharat (he played Shakuni). And this role of Punjan Singh hit me. Besides, the story, it also has such versatile actors, but in the 6 pm slot, it was getting lost.
