Padmaavat actor Ranveer Singh may be one of the last ones to take up Akshay Kumar's Pad Man challenge on social media but makes sure he doesn't go unnoticed.
Days after Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma, Varun Dhawan, Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor,Karan Johar and so many others broke the Internet as they posed with a sanitary napkin, Mr Singh also decided to do his bit to support Akshay Kumar's Friday release. The best part is he has got the reel Pad Man for company too. Keeping up with their quirky ways, the two decided to do a little jig together before Ranveer lifts a sanitary napkin in his hand.
Ranveer Singh took to Twitter and wrote, " All the best to my superhero Akshay Kumar." After all, Akki graciously delayed his film's release to make way for Padmaavat's solo release on January 25th and everyone including Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh thanked him for the gesture.

Earlier Ranveer Singh also joined Akshay Kumar's celebration for Toilet Ek Prem Katha. Last year, he took to Twitter and posted a fun video where Akshay Kumar- Ranveer Singh seemed to perfect partner in crime. The ever energetic actor made us laugh with his ‘paisa vasool’ performance, just like Akshay’s film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.

Comedian Mallika Dua is not impressed by this social media campaign for Pad Man and took to social media and wrote, "I whole heartedly support the idea of a movie like Pad Man and the fact that it is being helmed by massive film star and will attract a huge screen audience. Because that's the only way cinema will de-stigmatise mensuration for the masses that look at it as a hawwww thing." With kind words for the movie, Mallika criticised stars supporting Pad Man challenge on Instagram. She continued, "It's the Instagram challenge that's wasting pads, targeting the wrong audience and masking itself as a movement when all it is a marketing gimmick that I find stupid. I hope and pray the movie does exceeding well, reaches and teaches people and brings about the change that only cinema has the power to bring. "
